SHIPPING & DELIVERY

SHIPPING

We make every effort to ship your wine at the most favorable rates in the safest manner possible, and our goal is for your wine to reach you in the same condition it leaves our warehouse. 

Shipping times and costs are dependent on destination, shipping method and weather. To protect your wines, they will not be shipped during times of high temperatures or freezing conditions.  We can provide temperature-controlled shipping or expediting the wine via 2-Day or Overnight delivery during extreme weather. If the buyer selects one of these options, the shipment may only be delivered to a business address, and the additional cost is the responsibility of the buyer.

Due to the restrictions of many state laws, we only ship wine to those states where we are permitted to ship direct. Please contact us directly if you have questions regarding shipping to specific states: 707-257-3040 or info@maroonwines.com 

If you reside in a state we are not permitted to ship to, you may provide an alternative shipping address in a legal state.

ADULT SIGNATURE REQUIRED

Please note, as required by law, there must be someone over the age of 21 to sign for your package upon delivery. We recommend you ship to an office or place of business where packages can be easily signed for on the first delivery attempt. PO Boxes are not allowed.

Our shipping prices include packaging materials. You will be notified by email when your wines are shipped. Generally, we will attempt to ship your wines shortly after your order is placed. However, in an effort to protect your wine, please be aware that your order may be held for ideal weather and shipping conditions

RETURNS

We are committed to providing the highest quality products and service, and your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within seven (7) days of the date of your order for assistance.

All wines sold are maintained at optimum conditions, and we cannot be responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. We cannot accept returns for the following: failed delivery attempts, wines that do not coincide with personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage, and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines are in the your care.

If wine is shipped back or returned undeliverable, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling once it is received. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed, you will receive a replacement order if the wines are available, or a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
