This wine has a nice acidity that maintains the wines freshness from start to finish.

TASTING NOTES

Our 2016 Maroon Reserve Chardonnay was harvested from a small ranch in the Rutherford AVA. This wine was whole cluster pressed, then cold-fermented in French Oak. On the palate, the wine is nicely balanced with citrus fruits and hints of ripe tropical fruits. This wine has a nice acidity that maintains the wines freshness from start to finish.
